Meet Our Team
In 2004 the Illinois Blues Coalition, Inc. was formed to promote the art form known as the blues. The International Blues Coalition was later created as a division. It was determined that a fund which was strictly concerned with offering grants and scholarships was in need to help the various organizations, entertainers and educators to continue in their efforts to promote blues music as an art form. This fund, referred to as the International Blues Coalition Fund also known as the Illinois Blues Coalition Fund was designated to be used for these grants as well as a process to administer these allocations.
